Park Place is located in the
village of Milford next door to the Whitfield House, and
around the corner from the Milford House - a great way
to be close by other team families. The village of
Milford is 10 minutes from Cooperstown and 5 minutes
from Dreams Park. Less that a minute's walk takes
you to the Corner Store Deli, laundromat, bank,
restaurant, post office and village park. |

takes you back over 100 years as you relax with your
morning coffee on the huge front porch before a day
filled with activities.

The Rhodesia condo is a two
bedroom, two bath apartment with spiral staircase
leading to the second floor and a bathroom on each
floor. The Mandalay and Bombay are spacious two
bedroom apartments with one bath, the Mandalay is on the
first floor and the Bombay is on the second floor.
Each apartment has two entrances. |

All apartments offer air
conditioning, complete linens, TV VCR, DVD, all kitchen
utensils, full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and
large yard with gas barbecues and summer furniture.
Housekeeping is not provided. A laundromat is
located around the corner. |
