The village of Milford is 10 minutes from Cooperstown and 5 minutes from Dreams Park. Less that a minute's walk takes you to the Corner Store Deli, bank, restaurant, post office and village park.

The Rhodesia condo is a two bedroom, two bath apartment with spiral staircase leading to the second floor and a bathroom on each floor.
